You may want to start looking for a UX team, but maybe hiring UX people instead would make more sense. Luckily, many product owners have already been through this.<\/p>\n<p><span>We wanted to know how our past clients felt about the decision they had made when they decided to work with our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uxstudioteam.com\">UX company<\/a>. Most of them looked back at those days reminiscently. Why? Here are the top 3 reasons they mentioned \u2013 with some explanatory points.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>1. A UX company can bring extra value to the Product Team:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Constructive criticism:<\/strong>\u00a0<span>A pair of fresh eyes always benefit your product. Profiting from the <a href=\"https:\/\/uxplanet.org\/ux-is-process-actionable-user-insight-9c17107887bd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insights<\/a> and using them to improve usually makes things even better.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>They help you avoid common mistakes.<\/strong> <span>During everyday work, there can be times when minor (or, let\u2019s face it, major!) mistakes can take root and stay hidden. An external UX team will shed light on them in the early stages of collaboration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>They form a bridge between users and the product.<\/strong> <span>Your product\u2019s success requires continuous feedback from the people who will actually use it. A unique UX methodology and routine.<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>A UX team <\/b><b>\u2260<\/b><b> a group of UX people. <\/b><span>In this case, the whole is more than the sum of its parts. Various skill-sets and shared experiences from different projects help professional UX teams in generating new ideas and finding solutions for complex problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>They bring a sound methodology.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span>In most cases, UX companies have a battle-tested methodology from which the whole product team benefits. It may become clear <\/span><span>at<\/span><span> the late <\/span><span>stages<\/span><span> when change proves harder to <\/span><span>fulfill.<\/span><span> Why wait until <\/span><span>then<\/span><span> when you have a good chance of discovering the problems with the help of others?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>They are a motivating force. <\/b><span>With enthusiasm and proactivity, good UXers inspire the whole team. A big part of the motivation may come from the users themselves.
